At Common Sense Supply Co, all products are made to order, just for you. This means we don’t hold inventory, and we don’t offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

🚫 We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

• You ordered the wrong size, color, or style

• You changed your mind

• You didn’t read the product description (we try to make it clear, promise)

✅ We do offer replacements or refunds if:

• Your item arrives damaged

• There’s a manufacturing defect

• You received the wrong item

If something’s wrong with your order, please email us at cats@commonsensesupply.co within 7 days of delivery with:

• A clear photo of the issue

• Your order number

• A brief description of the problem

We’ll review your claim and get back to you as quickly as possible.
